These emoticons are copyrighted by me and are not meant to be used without permission for two reasons
1) the character Yakko Warner is copyright Time Warner [Warner Brothers] and respective creators of Animaniacs, and so you can’t use it anywhere that makes money without their permission anyway.
2) This was created by me, and as such you shouldn’t use it without my permission anyway-- but if you do, you’ll be violating the copyright laws. And sense I'm the one who made it, if you make money off of it [or at least money is involved in the site you've posted it on] I'll probably get in trouble along with you with Warner Brothers.
